As a key member of the leadership team at The Institute of Natural Health, Erica plays a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations behind the scenes. Known as the clinic’s dependable “go-to” person, she brings years of experience, dedication, and a solutions-focused approach to everything she does.
Erica manages a wide range of office responsibilities, including leading the administrative team, account management & set-up, maintaining records, and overseeing clinic supplies—supporting both staff and patients. Her ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly makes her an invaluable part of the INH team.
Outside of work, Erica is a proud dog mom to an energetic Pharaoh Hound, and she brings that same energy and commitment to both her personal and professional life.
